ANTICIPATED, OPEN POSITION. FT-240 DAYS PER YEAR. THIS PERSON FILLING THIS POSITION WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SUPERVISION AND OVERSIGHT OF MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR TO CLIU BUILDINGS AND GROUNDS. QUALIFIED CANDIDATES REQUIRE A HS DIPLOMA/GED, MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE WITH HVAC, ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING, AND GENERAL CONSTRUCTION COUPLED WITH 5-YEARS EXPERIENCE WITH FACILITIES MANAGEMENT AND/OR POSSESS A MASTER LEVEL CERTIFICATION IN ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING, OR HVAC WITH EXPERIENCE IN SUPERVISING STAFF, PREFERRED.
