Outpatient Clinic (Provider 29)
The primary objective of this Clinic is to increase the level of client functioning and provide support and assistance in the development of adaptive skills in order for the client to function positively in their family, school, and community. Services are provided to persons with chronic or acute mental disorders that require active outpatient treatment. A full range of psychiatric services are offered including individual, group and family therapy. All services are by appointment only and are totally voluntary.
