THIS IS A CURRENT FULL-TIME POSITION THAT WORKS 191 DAYS PER YEAR. ASSIST IN PLANNING, DEVELOPING, AND IMPLEMENTING THE YEAR-ROUND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS FOR EDUCATORS AND SUPPORT STAFF WITHIN THE CARBON LEHIGH INTERMEDIATE UNIT #21 REGION. PROVIDE ASSISTANCE TO DISTRICTS AND CLIU #21 STAFF IN AREAS OF CURRICULUM, INSTRUCTIONAL IMPROVEMENT, EDUCATIONAL TECHNOLOGIES, AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT. MUST POSSESS EXCELLENT PRESENTATION SKILLS AND AN INNOVATIVE MINDSET IN ADDITION TO DEMONSTRATING EFFECTIVE LEADERSHIP SKILLS IN THE AREAS OF CURRICULUM TECHNOLOGY AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT. MINIMUM OF 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN STAFF DEVELOPMENT, PLANNING, AND DELIVERY WITH SIX YEARS OF CLASSROOM EXPERIENCE AND PDE CERTIFICATION REQUIRED. MASTER'S DEGREE PREFERRED.
